I was just wondering can you still insert the evening primrose oil tablets if you have alot of CM discharge

YUP Ally you sure can. As long as your waters are still intact go for it. The reason for the increase in CM is from the extra pressure bub is putting down there, and all of the extra hormones that are happeing now.
