I had gas but it wasn't turned up much - it actually distracted me away from the pain of the contractions b/c of the rattling sound when you breathe. My experience was good - no side effects
I had a positive gas experience
I found it to be average
I didn't find it to help much/at all
I hated it and wouldn't use it again
