    Hi JellyBean
Thanks for the info. I'm doing Pregnancy Yoga at the moment also which is helping a bit. I guess the idea of going through this alone, being the first time which is supposed to be so special too, is a bit sad. I've got my mum though as my birthing partner and she's great.
I'll look into calmbirthing as well, thanks for that. It's so hard to find an aromatherpist in Cairns and the healthfood stores just want to sell you anything so they'll tell you anything they think you want to hear. I found acupunture great for morning sickness and calming too so might look into that. I just want to be prepared enough to bring Little Bean into a calm environment because his/her father is creating hell for us right now.
When is your second one due? I'm due on the 5th of November so if you're before me perhaps you can let me know how it all went:-)

    Hi little bean,

I'm really sorry to hear you are going through such a tough time. Men . Thank goodness you have your Mum - Mums are wonderful, aren't they?
I definitely think the calmbirthing/hypnobirthing methods would be brilliant for you. Each method has qualified practitioners who conduct group or private classes to help you to prepare for birth - physically, mentally and spiritually. Perhaps you can see if there is a practitioner/course running near you.

I am due at the end of October (I will be 40weeks on the 26th, but I am letting the baby decide the due date coz I don't really believe in them - lol!) so I am in the bellybuddies group 16th-31st of October, although bubs may decide that November suits him/her better!!

There is a belly buddies thread for the first half of November that you can join - highly recommended!! You will find heaps of support there. If your not sure where to go I will add the link for you here http://forums.bellybelly.com.au/foru...-2009-2-a.html
I will be posting a birth announcement here on bb as soon as I am physically able - so you will be sure to find out how it all goes!
