How to speed up early labour?

Definatly sex and the clary sage.

Thing that worked for me though was denying i was in labour lol. It put me straight into transition after an hour of the 5 minute contrax.

She said she doesn't have any clary sage and sex is not an option for a few hours.

She said she is definitely in denial so hoping that works and will try and walk
