GRRRRR this message annoys me from the selfish SIL that was staying with 1st time annoys me!
"Try to relax, if you are too tense your body wont do what its meant to, to get things going....you are in for a long haul. Try to rest and relax and ask for pain meds if you need it, it just might relax your body and get things going."

I'm sure not hearing from awful SIL is more likely to relax her than pain meds! Lol.
