DD1 - 12 days over, never engaged, still not properly engaged after 30+ hrs of labour.
DD2- 2 days over, engaged from around 30 weeks, much lower and got those stabbing pains you're talking about, lots of pre-labour.

DD1 - 8 days over
DD2 - 7 days over
DS - 2 days early
DD3 - 5 days over
I expected DD2 to be over. Didn't expect DS to come early (for me)! Then coz he did, I thought DD3 might be early too... nope!
DD1 I think was the only one of mine to engage before labour. DD2 & DS didn't. Honestly can't remember with DD3, but I doubt it, since at my last appointment she was in the right position, but was born posterior.
