If your first arrived early, did subsequent bubs follow suit?

Dd was born before 37 weeks after SROM.
I'm past this date now, no sign of bubs coming, I'm going mad with this waiting! How on earth do women hang out til 42 weeks!!!!!????

Haha no good news here either - DD born at 39+5, DS at 41!

My sister had spontaneous labour with her first at 40+3 and then her second she was induced at 42!

But I've heard it go both ways. I think it is harder though when you've had one early, you kinda expect the second to be similar? I did anyway, and DD was only two days before her EDD!

DD i was expecting to be earlier again and i got to 39 weeks and was waiting and waiting... She was born the day before her due date.

Ds1 34+6, ds2 41+2....

DS1 was 39+3 and DS2 was 39+6. Both born after approx seven hour labours.

DS was born at 39+5 after SROM at 39+2.

This pregnancy, I am 38+5 today, with a c-section booked in at 39.


With my siblings, we were *all* born overdue - in order, we were overdue by 18, 11, 3 and 1 days.
