I've actually though it all has to do with the position and shape of the babes head.

For example, Briley had a really round, fat head and I learnt what the ring of fire was. Where as Colby, has a more oval type head and it was more her shoulders that hurt.

Anyone else notice anything like that?

I was shocked that I really had to push to get DD3's shoulders out as my first two their heads were definitely wider than their shoulders and I only had to give a little push and the rest slithered out. I was joking as I pushed DD3 out that she had her Dad's rugby player shoulders, saying that though I was only pushing for 3 minutes to deliver her
