I love the idea of music playing during labour. It's something i might try to think about this time around. However TBH, when i think back to my labour with DS, which was perfect and beautiful, natural and empowering - and everything positive, I don't think i could've cared less what music was playing!! I actually think the TV was on in the room, but i was so self-absorbed and concentrating in my own little head space I wasn't aware of much else - particularly through the pushing stage!
Having said that, I think i am going to make more of an effort to create a bit more 'atmosphere' this time... just haven't really thought yet what. Will be interested to see what you come up with!
