Hi Trish, so wonderful to see homebirth (and water birth) being embraced! We've known for over 1yr now that that's how we wanted to birth. I just found out I'm pregnant with our 1st bubba on Sunday and the first thing I did on Monday was find a midwife (harder than I thought - they're few and far between)! I'm meeting up with a NZ midwife next week to plan a wonderful water-homebirth.
If there's a home/waterbirth section in Belly Belly I'd love to know more about your experience sometime (I know no-one personally that's had a homebirth ).
