Have you had some panadol Sarah? Write a list for your DH of what still needs to be done. Pack your bags now and then do whatever else you can on the list.

    Thanks ladies,

I have been busy going about getting things done...

Traveller: I had the same thought, they will either come on stronger or fade away. But have told DH to possible let work mates know he might not be in 2morro. Also called Granny to let her know just incase water do break at stupid hr, I would hate for her to be un-orgainsed...

PinkPalace: My DS1 & 2 were both posterior and DD wasn't. But DH thinks it a girl this time around so I could be in for anything. As long as I make it to the hospital early enough to get the drugs into me I will be fine... Not sure how people have home birth's without drugs... Very brave.... Me I would take the risk and try and drive or call 000 for help.

alioops: Yeah will get around to packing bag, later on-ish. DH wouldn't do stuff on list regardless. I have a real man's man. No I haven't taken panadol yet can stand it abit more before I have to take them, but as soon as it hurts I'm off to hospital...

Have developed back pain as well... lower back please god don't let this baby be a posterior one...

Thank you all for your words and hope it does turn into something however I will keep you posted...

Oooh very exciting!! I hope this turns into something for you. When I wasn't sure if I was in labour or not I got told to go for a walk, so I walked up and down the stairs. After I few times, yup, I was thinking that I might be in labour cos the pains got worse!

    Sounds like its happening
I get the mental preperation you need though. My girls were both over 41 weeks. My DS was only 2 days early, but that was enough to have my head spinning! Then from a 30 hour labour to 5 hours.
Not only were we expecting at least another week, but a long labour! lol.
Get your bags packed & do what you can. Don't push it. Good luck

Camme~Lot: I just finished mowing the back lawn, so I don't have to worry about DS's playing out there while in hospital...

Kate: Exciting, am crapping self... I know the pain that has to come before I get the reward... then more pain (sore boobie/nipples)

Camme~Lot: I was banking on that extra 3-4 weeks to get mental prepared... Heads still not in the game just yet...
