sounds like pre-labour. do you have a fit ball to sit/ bounce on? help bub get into the best possie for birth?
a midwife told me "if you think you're in labour, your not. you just know" also if it helps try and squat as that'll help bubs engage also.
ohh and another thing. relax. dont think about labour comming on just do other things (nest) and see what happens from there.
