You want to stock up on nappies lol especially if the twins are tt yet.... breastpads? wipes lotions etc...
Do you have a freezer big enough to store over a weeks food? is Hubby going to be taking time off to help (cook etc?)
So I have about 5 weeks before bubba #4 arrives! I have 3 year old twin boys and 22 month old ds. So I would love to hear tips and tricks to prepare for the next few months ahead. Things like what type of meals did you prepare and freeze? What items should I buy in bulk to avoid running out? I am starting to feel a little flustered about the months ahead!

Yeah hubby will be home most days. Have to clean out freezer and get cooking! I am on top of nappies just need some night ones for the twins and wipes. Ahhhhh so much to do!!
toilet paper, toothpaste, shower stuff, washing powder, cleaning stuff, coffee and tea. If you have room anything that's non-perishable that you use regularly.
When you do some cooking don't forget some baking that will freeze so that when guests arrive you have something to give them.
Maybe some new little toys or books or videos for your older kids when you need them to just chill for a little bit. Snacky type foods for same reason.
toilet paper and pads...thought DH could handle the rest hehe!
i didnt cook anything...
best advice.... let the boys have heaps of access to the new baby...
Just take a deep breath. It will all work out ok. The first month will be full on as you will all be sleep deprived and adjusting, but after that, i have found things settle into a good routine and it flows easily.
Prepare some meals now absolutely, but dont stress about buying too much just get the essentials you need, DH can pop to the shops to get whats needed when/if needed later.
I think its natural we all get flustered just before we give birth, i just had #7 and i was the same, i didnt get everything i wanted to get done though and i realised it didnt matter.
