strong/painful braxtons

i know that braxton hicks are generally painfree and are just practice cx. however, mine are becomming more and more painful, but still VERY sporadic and irregular. so i am wondering if these too are just practice ones or are the strong/painful ones actually doing anything to the cervix? (i am being hopeful here ) :-)

My GP told me Braxton hicks are not supposed to be painful at all so hopefully it is the real thing.

yeh BH are more uncomfortable than painful. Hopefully this is the start of something for yoU!! xox
