TENS Machine

For those that have used a tens machine (or intending) did you attend any course/session about using a tens machine prior to your labour?

There is a short info session available at a local physio that I could attend, but just wondering if it is really needed or is there enough info provided from the company you hire it from.

I had a lesson at my local physio. The guy just showed me how to use it, took about 5 minutes. I definitely would recommend, I would've struggled for a while if he hadn't shown me! That could just be me, but there were sticky bits and wires and he showed me the right way to put it on, and how to attach things and then unattach!! xoxo
