You just kind of put it in like you would a tampon. Try too push it in as far as you can. Be sure to wear a pad as it will kind of leak out. I would do it right before bed as you will be lying down and the EPO liquid will stay in rather than gravity forcing it to come out.

I used to just pop it in when I went to the toilet before bed. Definitely wear a pad, can get a bit messy.

i did 2 at night and just pushed as far as i could. but def wear a pad liek others have said it is very messy. And make sure it is right b4 you go to bed i found when i got up to pee of a night i would feel it tickle out.
