I missed this documentary, but that was lovely wasn't it!

I definitely agree that accepting what was happening helped me feel less pain, and maybe i'll try to go pain free next time (didn't really know what to expect with #1, but do know i wasn't considered "in labour" right up until she was born because i ONLY had burning at my cervix with ctx, with no pain at all on the rest of my belly). I definitely didn't make any noises during the crowning/birth though, XP remarked afterwards on it.

Oh what an amazing birth... i was crying, it was so beautiful and the baby was so calm and relaxed as she entered the world... no yelling and screaming on either part.

Thats the birth that i wished for and will try for again.
