Vaginal prolapse

Does it affect your ability to birth vaginally? Or does vaginal birth make it worse given i only pushed 3 times last time I wouldn't think I strained that much

And can it be reversed without surgery if its not too bad?

It depends a lot on how bad it is. I've had a slight prolapse after my 3rd baby. Was still able to birth my 4th fine. Prolapse is a bit worse now though. I would find an Ob/Gyn that you trust to check you out. (I had a public GP that specialised in Ob/Gyn)
