I think it is labour related with one of my labored my whole body ached and I would get all tingly but it hurt...
If it's coming and going I really think it may be the start..
Try resting cause if it is you'll need it!!
Gl babe I hope it's the beginning to meeting your gorgeous baby

In my labour with Phoebe my pains radiated down the fronts of my legs. By that stage I was in established labour though, not that I realised that was the case as the cx were so short in duration.
I reckon it's prelabour at least, especially if the pains are coming in waves!
At least you know that at 40+4 whatever weird pains you're experiencing, the birth of your little one REALLY isn't far away!
    All the best

LOL, definitely special. I hadn't heard of it up there either but I hadn't heard of it in your legs until I felt it myself
Enjoy your walk! Have you got a fitball to bounce on? Could be just as good and a bit more relaxing.

Bit late on this, definitely the start of things. I do know people who's early labour felt the same as you describe. It happens in weird and wonderful ways, different for everyone. My early contractions felt like I was going to wet myself.

Go about you night and day as you usually would, rest if you can though, you'll need the energy. I'm thinking things are going to get started in the next few days.

    Goodluck xx
