just found out a couple of days ago, i'm pregnant with my 4th. how scary.
all my other births have been natural. but i had a minor stroke last yr in november. and friends of mine have suggested, maybe to get a c, cause the hard pushing a have to do , might do something to my head agin. i have the all clear from my head dr. anyone else had any thing like this. is a c, as bad as everyone says they are.
To be honest, I have no idea. But if I was you I'd go by what your doctor says rather than friends of yours. He's the medical professional and I'm sure if he had the slightest concerns for you he would recommend a c/s (even if it's only to cover his behind iykwim).
I'm sure your friends mean well, but they don't really have the training to advise you on an issue like that (unless they are physicians themselves).
I'd take in the info everyone gives you and give extra weight to your docs opinion and then go with what your gut tells you.
if you're really worried, get a second medical opinion.
