Ditto to good loo paper. If you are sharing a shower I would take some thongs. A couple of plastic shopping bags to put dirty clothes or rubbish in.

Great idea about having another bag packed at home for DH is grab when needed.

First time around I had heaps in my labour bag but only used the lip balm and socks. DH ate all the snacks I packed.
