    For the first 24 hours with each contraction I breathed in and imagined my cervix drawing up, and then when i breathed out i imagined her head moving down. Worked well ... until it didnt... lol

    ETA: It only stopped working because I was exhausted though, it was really really really effective, helped keep me focused on what was happening, what I was feeling.

    I did a lot of grunting apparently ... but wat I "saw" was my breath coming in & going out.
