I moved around alot but i finally delivered lying on my side holding up my knee, kinda like a dog peeing. Not very dignified but birth never is. Not the position i was expecting as i was planning for all 4's but i just didnt have the energy to hold myself up. I could push pretty effectivley though.

You'll probably find a position that works for you or simply be too tired to move and deliver in whatever position you happen to be in.
