What Time Did Your Labour Start???

I'm hopeful that after weeks and weeks of pre labour that something could be happening. Getting lots of painful BH contractions but nothing regular still. I have also been doing lots of accupressure and getting some results from this.

Anyway i'm curious to know what time you went into labour? Do most people go into labour at night?

Last time for me my waters broke at 11pm and started getting contractions at 12am.

With no1 contractions started at 5am (well thats when I noticed)

With no2 I felt strange the day before and had some bleeding and went to the hospital where my waters broke at 530am and contractions started straight away then.

I had no prelabour, woke at 1am, water instantly broke, contractions started about 30 mins later.

5am with first contraction.

Water didn't break until nearly 12 hours later.

DD1 waters broke at 8:30pm contractions started around 20 mins later
DD2 waters broke at 8:20am contractions started around 20 mins later

Around 7-8am contractions began, waters didn't break till right before she was born which was just after 6pm.

Both of mine at night. DD - first contraction around 10pm, waters didn't break until around 4pm (very slow ramp up!!), DD born 5.45am. Loooong labour!

With DS, first contraction 3am, waters broke 8am, DS born 9.20am.

Nice and quick

Apparently the hormones that start labour are strongest at night, so most women go into labour at night!

Labour started at 7pm, waters broke 15 hours later with Moo.

My waters broke at 9.20 am and contractions didnt start till 11 am then i was induced and gave birth 9 hrs later!

DJ- 7am waters broke 27hours later (9am the next day!) born 12:50pm
vic- 3am. waters broke at 4:40. born at 4:43!

DS1 - Waters broke at 3am getting out of bed to go and pee, contractions started straight after.
DS2 - First contraction at 6:30pm, an hour after I had changed my FB status to say I was fed up with being pregnant and had given baby it's marching orders! Waters were broken 9 hours later by my midwife in hossy (with my consent) as an attempt to speed things along (It worked as DS2 was born 1 hour 10 minutes later!)

6:24am my water broke with DD then contractions began at 7 minutes apart and I was holding her at 1:58pm the same day

Waters broke at 8:05pm while driving home from yoga, ctx started 45min after that at home, 5 min appart, got to hospital a bit over 45min after that as there wasn't any room and we had to wait to see where they could fit us as we were only 33 weeks and couldn't go to the hospital we booked into or the alternative PH needed to be 34 weeks to go there. Got to Women's Assessment and ctx were three min appart, internal at 10pm by my OB and was 7-8cm

!! Bubba girl arrived at 10:37pm infront of a cast of many
