I think the pampering and being looked after would be great without the confinement. I'd go nuts if I couldn't get up and out. But how lovely to have everything done for you for the first 6 weeks. I think I got help for maybe the first week (meals, washing etc) but after that it was back to business of running the house, getting kids to school/preschool etc.
