In a way im feeling somewhat let down from my body. It didnt do what it was meant to do from about 30 weeks and i feel betrayed and angry because of it.

I understand that there was no other way to go but to have a c/sec due to fetal distress but then i feel guilty that she was in distress in the first place. there was no way she would have been able to have been born naturally.
