Ella's stats are similar to Ava's stats....!! (see below).... but I got a 3rd degree tear! only cos' i think i pushed at one stage when I wasn't meant to! woops!

Hi Gill. I'm having a little chuckle here after ready your birth story. This is because it is almost my birth story! I too had insulin dependent GD from 29weeks. My ob decided to take me early and I decided on a c/s. I was admitted to hospital on 20th Jan 2009 and gave birth to a girl - Ella Grace!! But in contrast to your Ella, mine was huge at 4.6kgs and 54.5cm long!!!

Gill, it must be the name because my little chicky isn't sleeping well at all either. The current record for a stretch without sleep is 14hrs!!!
