I think you did extremely well, if he was semi-posterior with his arm over his head, as you say it was always going to be struggle to get him out. Don't beat yourself up about getting worked up. Mothers intuition is amazing, you knew he was a bit stuck and they weren't listening, i would have got worked up too. Chances are, with him in that position, it wouldn't havne made a difference if you were calm or not. You you did a great job birthing your boy, be proud. xxx
