Thank you SO SO much girls for reading my story & for the lovely feedback. It's been great!

I think I will write something down in time to the OB. What annoys me is that to him it was no big deal at all & he probably treated heaps of women the same way just that day.

Yes Linda, I agree. AND, he has probably done it to lots of other women in the past. Take your time and work on the letter when you're ready. It may all come out in a burst one day quite soon, or dribs and drabs over a few months...however it happens, I think it would be worth letting him know how you feel.

I agree with the other ladies, Linda...you are a LEGEND! Well done on your VBAC...you should be so very proud of yourself!!!

I absolutely loved your focus and determination throughout the whole birth...it really came through in your story how much you looked 'within' to get yourself through (something I'm hoping I'll be able to emulate when it's my turn in a few weeks!)

You described the entire birth so well that I felt like I was in the room with you...just brilliant! Thank you so much for sharing, you are one inspiring woman

What a great story Linda, you did so amazingly!

It's so well written too, i was living it with you!

When that doctor was telling you he wouldn't do the stitching anymore i was thinking "aliright buddy, get your little man out and we'll stick pins in it and see if YOU can stand still!" GRRRR to him. Definitely write the letter when you're ready to, you've got every right to complain about that.

Well done again Linda, you did an AMAZING job of your VBAC, i'm sure your story will inspire so many on here to go fo it.

    Linda,
Thanks for sharing your birthing storey. Its good for me to hear what I have to look forward to and its even better that you have had your baby at the same hospital that I will be having my baby in 8 1/2 weeks time! I haven't had too much to do with the hospital as yet, but the mid wives I've met seem lovely.
I had to get a few things checked out last night and I think the same Dr was on call... although it seems I was lucky not to meet him by the sounds of things.

Congratulations. It great to hear the four of you are doing so well. Take care of yourself

Oh Tiff - I hope I haven't put you off. The midwives there were just lovely. Let's just hope there's a different OB on when you are in.
