Great story! I especially loved this line

As the contractions intensified, I discovered wonderful ways that my body had inside of it to diminish pain, transform anxiety and discomfort, and get on a path of motivation and inspiration!

How true of our bodies ability to produce oxytocin, endorphins and adrenalin when we need it most, if we let it!

Interesting re. the comments afterwards, spesh about Germany and Holland. Holland where the norm is a natural birth but the 'epidural revolution is just starting' and Germany where the Drs. 'don't show up for births, unless it is a C-section'. Imagine that.....
