Hi Cheryl. Just wanted to say a huge congratulations on the safe arrival of your beautiful little girl. It must be a relief after such a stressful pregnancy to finally have her with you. I pray that the doctors give her a clean bill of health, but know that you will cope with anything that comes your way, because you're such a strong person. Again, congratulations. Take care xx

Thanks so much everyone once again.

Heres an update on how everything went with Olivia's appts last week.

Well had Olivia's pediatrician appt on Friday and her kidney u/s on Thursday. All went sooo well. The only thing the Dr atm wants to keep an eye on over the next few weeks is her weight gain. Olivia's birth weight was 2380gm, she dropped down to 2250gm, then dropped down again last week Monday to 2140gm, then Friday on the Dr's scale she had gained 10gm to 2150gm. He wants to use his scale as everyones scale can be different. Her h/c was 34cm the same as her birth. The midwife came and reweighed Olivia today and she is now 2170gm, so she has put on 30gm since last Monday. If Olivia doesnt gain enough weight that the pediatrician would like, then he is going to arrange for her heart u/s to be done earlier than January. I should have mentioned that her kidneys are normal so that was such great news to my ears.
