WOW!
OMG that is an AWESOME birth story! haha
I can't believe your DD tried to do piggy back rides, LOL!!!
Ahh a great story to share with him as he gets older,
Congratulations!!
Wow... what a beautiful birth story. I would love so dearly to be able to tell a similar one in a few months time!!
Welcome to the world little Daniel.
Well, I am crying with happy tears reading your beautiful birth story!
You did so well, you followed the Wisdom of your body and I have no doubt the Wise Woman guardians of birth were whispering in your ears!
Amazing, beautiful, miraculous and oh so how nature intended.
Good on YOU for staying in your chosen birthing position and for leaving your baby's cord until you were ready to birth the placenta.
Wow. I have tears in my eyes. What a beautiful story. You did a WONDERFUL job, you should be so proud of yourself. What a story for the kids when they're older, hey I laughed out loud at DD trying to play horsey, that's something mine would do hehehe
I know the surreal feeling you describe, DD2's birth was pretty quick once things go going and I recovered so well that it took a good few days to sink in that I'd given birth again!
Congratulations, hun. What a great job you did - no way would I have managed to stay so cool, calm and collected, especially not at home without a doctor or midwife there for reassurance! You are amazing!!
I just happened upon this story and wanted to say wow! What an amazing job you did with your little man's birth. It must seem a long time ago now but I couldn't read and not comment. Well done!
