You did do it my love!!!! YOU did it... Fear is often around in labour - especially the first time as labour is like nothing I have ever experienced. Often so overwhelmingly painful yet so bloody addictive that you want more.
I am so glad that in this lifetime at least once (maybe more!) you got to experience that amazing feeling of birthing naturally.
As for the the feelings in her bladder Trill - I am thinking it was a good few hours before she was convinced it was the real deal!
You are an inspiration Mel to all women who want to VBAC. You've given them a great gift in sharing your story.
