I've read JuJu's book and loved it, it really rings true for me. I went to the first of a two-night intensive course with her yesterday. She's quite a character!

Juju Sundins book was my bible throughout my pregnancy and yes, i would say having a Doula (which i had) helped even more! - Mind you my DH read the whole book too so he was able to support me exactly as i needed
