Oh Lissy, you have done so well after such a shaky start. You should be really proud of the way you have handled the unexpected turns Mitchell's birth brought you. It is great that your DF was such a support when the midwives who should have been looking after you failed so miserably.

Sounds like it was very full on and a bit scary at times. You did really well to get through all that.
