What a great birth! and congratulations to you, your little bub, DH and the doula for a job well done!

yeah, those first 6 weeks are shocker! as i was told when my DD was 3 weeks old 'no one can prepare you for how 24/7 24/7 really is!!' LOL! it was only after she was born that people started saying how tough the first 6 weeks are and that no one really remembers them...

i reckon be excited for the next birth, each one is a special experience unique to your relationship with you and your little bub.

All I'm wondering now is......after such a brilliant birth experience, how will the next one ever be able to live up to it???????

I think that about mine all that time! And mine was just a plain old hossy birth
