Oh I loved reading your birth story!! Thank you so much for sharing

With my son's birth I kind of wanted a waterbirth for how lovely they sound but every single visualisation I had was a dry birth- I just knew that's what I would want and I did. I have been hoping for a water homebirth next time to help prevent tearing... so I really related to you saying you wanted a waterbirth but prefer to birth on the ground. Also the tearing and trying to avoid it- I think I'll use your technique as I can see myself having another dry birth. I also really related to the long second stage- I had that too! You're such an inspiration to me

A Rebozo is a mexican shawl, it's often used for techniques which help to reposition baby.

I'm not 100% sure what went into the placenta smoothie, what ever you have on hand really, I think it was a fruit juice one, but strawberries, raspberries and tomato juice are good options for obvious reasons!!

Ooooooh I noticed you hadn't been on for a while. It sounded just wonderful and it's such a shame you're not dong it again because you do it so well and enjoy all the milky snuggles from your boys.
