    Fantastic birth story Det. Thanks for sharing. As Ali said, it is so inspiring and I'm so pleased everything went just the way you wanted it to. Well done for standing up for what you wanted.

    I actually feel sorry for the m/w, imagine being at such a miraculous event and worrying about the mess of all things and behaving like such a cranky pants.

    What a beautiful story, I agree you should complain about Nurse R, when I had DD2 my waters went on the floor and I kept crying and apologising and the MW was lovely.
    Love the name too, if my niece had been a boy she would have been Levi.
