What a lovely birth story! And a gorgeous name! If I ever have another boy, I've been instructed by my nearly four year old that it WILL be 'baby Thomas'..as he's just OBSESSED (and that's putting it mildly!!) with Thomas the Tank Engine! He asks me nearly every day when I'm having a 'baby Thomas'...EEK! He doesn't quite understand that I dont' really have a say in that..LOL!
Anyway, didnt' mean to hijack your birth story. Georgia was born by elective ceasar as well, and I loved it! It's a very weird feeling though, being wheeled into theatre and not knowing exactly what to expect.
