Thanks girls! It sure was a speedy birth! I still can't quite believe it. Our midwife wrote the details up on a whiteboard in my hossi room so it was there for everyone to see, lol! We were quite the topic of conversation on the ward!

My OB was already discussing the plan for the birth of our third baby just two days later. He said he'd prefer me to seriously consider having my waters broken in hossi. I think I'll agree to that when the time comes as neither I or DH fancy a home or car birth! I know other women would love an unplanned home birth but that's SO not me. But surely i couldn't deliver any faster?!
