I have been waiting since you gave birth for this thread Briggsys!!!!! I am sooo happy for you and your husband on the birth of your beautiful beautiful bubba girl. She truly is precious! For those of us who have followed your journey it is truly heart warming to know that you are cuddling your precious little one as we speak! You have done such an amazing job and your little girl is truly blessed to have such a fantastic mummy like you! I am so incredibly happy for you and Mr BG that you have your darling little Emerald in your arms. You are an amazing woman full of strength and determination and it has all payed off to have your gremlin in your arms.
When I was reading the part about you telling the OB & registrar that your health was important as well, I couldnt agree more. One thing for sure is Emerald needs her mummy around so I am glad that they listened to you and you used your voice.

Great read BG, I should have got that cuppa and biscuit!!! It does'nt matter how they got here as long as they are healthy, it is a bit diasappointing to not get the birth that you wanted but just look at bubs and it makes it all worthwhile.
