    Yael I have already read your story but I forgot to tell you what I was doing when you think I disappeared LOL

    Because the sensation of stretching and pushing was all going to be new to you and you were feeling a little apprehensive (I knew anyway LOL cant lie to me :P), I asked the midwife if she could hold a warm compress on your peri for you. But she said she was busy and I should do it LOL! So she told me to go get some water from the kitchen and a facewasher so I ducked out and came straight back in, holding the compress on for you. After all that, I hope it helped LOL!!!
