Danni, yes, that is what Barb was saying. Your diet will have calcium in it and that will pass into your milk. As the other girls have said, if you think your diet might be lacking in calcium, eat green leafy vegetables, fish with bones (eg salmon), brocolli, breakfast cereals, some breads and juices have added calcium - I'm trying to think what else - I'm sure there are other things. If you are worried you can take calcium supplements. I do even though I drink milk just to be sure that I am getting enough. If you take calcium supplements and already have enough calcium you will just excrete the extra.
