Either this was written by somebody with a mental illness, a personality disorder, or similarly damaged outlook. Or it could simply be "attention seeking behaviour"... people will write anything to get a reaction sometimes. It's fascinating in how wrong it is. I have no emotional reaction to such misguided rantings. She's like a male flasher in a park... the best reaction is probably to laugh.
