Default Baby with Lactose intolerance and BF

Just wondering if anyone else has a baby that is a bit lactose intolerant that is being BF. I've been told to stay off all dairy products but the problem is that there is some dairy in so many things. I'm not sure if ffods with milk solids as a product are okay. If anyone else is in this situation, what do you eat (besides fruit and veges)? Will the lactose intolerance fix itself down the track? Besides the obvious dairy foods, are there any other foods to be avoided?
