DS is 9 months and currently on 4 BF a day - 4am, 9am, 2pm and 7pm (roughly). He usually has breakfast at 7:30am, lunch around 12pm, a small snack at 4:30 and dinner at 6pm. Lately he's been not very interested at all in his 9am and 2pm feeds. I don't want to just drop them completely, so thought if I could get him to sleep through the first one, we could go back to three feeds that he'll (hopefully) be interested in, kwim?
This morning DH resettled him at 4:15am instead of a BF in an effort to get him to drop that early feed (mind you, he always goes straight back to sleep til around 7:15am so I'm not complaining!) so he's still asleep now. My question is, what do I give him when he wakes? I'm assuming he'll want a BF, but then, when should breakfast be? And his other BF's? I'm changing his whole day, aren't I? Arghhhh! Any ideas or advice would be hugely appreciated! TIA
