Thanks for your replies. He slept through til about 6:45am then played happily in his cot as usual (I expected him to wake up screaming for a feed)....so far, so good! I BF at 7am, then gave him breakky at 7:45am (we had an 8:30am appointment today but I'd like to leave it a bit later next time).
Livinthedream - Exactly! I'm not expecting a flawless change by any means. We'll see if it sticks. Naps and bedtime should still be roughly the same if he sleeps til around the 7-7:30am mark though, so it shouldn't be too much of a change for him.
Zarava - Lol, I thought exactly the same as you with that timetable. It actually means nothing will change for him from his morning nap onwards.
