Never tried a straw before, actually. She has an extremely poor sucking reflex (part of being prem), will try that later.

Yeah, maybe a fancy new cup she chooses herself? There are lots of different options for sucking, too, straws included, so trying different ones might entice her?

Straws are a great idea. Getting her to help pick a new sippy cup and to help prepare the milk? Could she help tip the powder in adn stir/shake?

Could you try a pop top type bottle. My big girls have most of their drinks out of plastic sports bottles unless we are having a meal then they use cups. I realise its still a bottle but not with a soft teat. Then when she goes to kindy she will be used to a regular bottle?

Take her shopping for a pretty new cup maybe one with princess's on it or her fav colour.

My other suggestion would be a straw cup, just be cautious to wash very well the straws due to having milk in them don't want them going yuck!

I got my girls on to a sippy with the soft white Avent sippy without the valve on, as its still rubbery but spout shaped.. then i put the valve on, and then swapped to older version... over the course of about a month i think.
