I think I would buy new ones. I had thought of keeping our old teats as Sam needed to move up to faster flow teats - but I have noticed that over time they have gone kind of sticky and horrible. I now throw them out... The bottles I will keep for next time, but new teats - they don't seem to age very well. At least for the silicone ones anyway.
I just cleaned out all ds's slow flow teats...I figure that compared to everything else that you buy when there is a new baby, new teats are prob a cheap piece of mind! Like BW, I also think that it is hard to really know how much they have degraded, so out they go!
