Hi Shell. I haven't personally had a reduction (but am seriously considering it after I've completed my family) but a girlfriend of mine has. She had a baby girl last year. She called and spoke to the surgeon who did her surgery and he told her that because her nipple wasn't moved and reattached (ouch - or something like that anyway) that she should be able to b'feed.

Her milk came in and she was able to feed. Unfortunately she didn't stick it out for very long, but I think this was more her just giving up (sorry, not being judgemental) rather than any problems caused by her reduction. Nevertheless, she did b'feed for a few weeks.

Sorry I couldn't give you a good long term feeding story, but just know that it's definately possible!
